Affiliate Terms & Condition

1. Joining the Program

By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are

bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for

this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products

purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated

for any of the following reasons:

* Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)

* Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)

* Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities

* Traffic from auto-surf, pay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites or programs is

not allowed!

* Violation of intellectual property rights.

3. Terms of the agreement

*These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end

when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be

modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you,

your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation

in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

*The commission payment received by the affiliate will be sent in the form of a cheque.

4. Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue,

commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results

of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed

or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold

at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our

website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

eeMore.com shall pay to Affiliate a commission in the amount of a percentage

of product sold to a user that accesses eeMore.com through a link on Affiliate’s

website. The current percentage posted is 10% but not include Special Offer.

The payment term is OA 30days, if the date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal

holiday will be postponed to the next working day. For example: All Transaction

placed in March will be paid on April 30.If April 30 falls on a Saturday, you will get

paid for this transaction on May 2nd

If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due

to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission

earned on that transaction. You may have is whether you will still receive your

affiliate commission if the product is returned or if the customer requests a

chargeback on the purchase. Because all money is returned to the customer, so you

must return their portions of the sale as well.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time

at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications

may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and

eeMore.com's Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you,

your only option is to end this Agreement.
