	1. Place the mouth guard into your mouth to test for size. If too long or uncomfortable, carefully adjust to the proper size to fit in.
	2. Place the mouth guard into a container with boiled water (185~212°F) for 20 seconds.
	3. Remove the mouth guard with a fork and shake off water.
	4. Once cool to touch, carefully place the mouth guard into your mouth. Bite gently and suck all air and water out for tight around upper teeth. Use your fingers to assist and press your lips to fit flatly with your gum.
	5. Remove the mouth guard and place in cold water.
	6.If it is unsatisfactory. Repeat the procedure until satisfied.
