Step1-Place the large iron washer over the hole at the top of the base	Step2-insert the base tube into the base.	Step3-Insert the blockage screw through the spring washer and blockage segment

Step4-The Screws through the iron washer	Step5-Tighten completely into the base tube.	Step6-Blockage segment, and tighten completely into the base tube.

Step7-Use the hand screw to fix upper tube into place.	Step8-Remove the air-needle-valve	Step9-Install the hand pump

Step10-Inflate the punching bag with the pump	Step11-Screw through the spring washer into position at the top of upper tube securely	Step12-Press in the button at the top of base tube D and push the middle tube into place
